Chris is an experienced senior data governance professional who leads the Data Governance European practice for IBM’s Business Analysis and Optimisation division. He is a frequent author of white papers and speaker at international conferences on Data Governance. Chris has been involved in Data and Information Governance assignments at more than 20 clients, acting both as Subject Matter Expert and providing hands-on delivery. In 2010 he was responsible for the written submission which was awarded the global Data Governance Best Practice Award for his client the British Army. He is currently responsible for the Information Governance aspects of a data management initiative for a leading oil and gas multinational, while at the same time acting as Subject Matter Expert for a Customer Information Management programme for a well-known multinational retailer.
