Dr Graham Bent is a Senior Technical Staff Member in the Emerging Technologies (ET) group at IBM Hursley and is an IBM Master Inventor. Graham has wide ranging interests in all aspects of data management including large scale distributed database technology, text analytics and data mining and security.  He is currently involved in developing new cryptographic techniques to enable computation to be performed on encrypted data and leads the emerging technology focus group on cognitive computing.
