Having spent over 18 years in technology, building new business and bringing products to market, Larry understands the benefit of business analytics and tapping into new data sources for competitive advantage. On his current mission, he is getting back to his roots, getting hands on and defining IBM’s approach to software trial for big data and analytics, building a new digital experience.
Prior to this role, Larry ran product marketing for IBM’s big data portfolio, including IBM’s Hadoop and Streams technologies and spent considerable time with IBM’s data warehousing business.
Larry holds an MBA with concentrations in product management and entrepreneurship from Kenan-Flagler Business School (UNC) and a Masters of Computer Science from North Carolina State University.
