Steve Massi is the Director of Marketing and Client Strategy for International Micro Systems (IMS), the leading Point-of-Sale, Technology and Business Services Company for the sports, leisure and entertainment industries (SLE). IMS is also the developer of STADIS©, the SLE’s leading data integration, advanced promotions and engagement platform. Steve leads customer strategy development utilizing IMS systems, real-time customer-centered data and services to increase real-time engagement and revenue growth. Steve also serves as an industry expert on using real-time data to enhance customer engagement and the customer experience. Prior to joining IMS, Steve led his own brand development consultancy, as well as held numerous senior level positions for leading design and advertising agencies including Electronic Ink and Saatchi & Saatchi.
