Brooke Satti Charles is a public sector portfolio marketing manager under Safer Planet. Her primary focus is to highlight IBM’s capabilities in fighting Fraud, Waste and Abuse in Government and Social Programs. Prior to joining IBM, Brooke held a number of roles at Bank of America and John Hancock / Manulife Financial with a focus on financial crimes, risk and compliance. Her area of expertise focuses on research and reporting of fraud, money laundering, insurance, terrorist financing, conflicts management, enterprise risk assessments and regulatory compliance. Brooke has a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies from Northeastern University and is currently working to achieve her masters.
