Dive deeper into Insight topics with a book

Social Lead for IBM Analytics - Financial Services Sector, IBM

For many of us, fall is a busy time of year, whether because of Canadian Thanksgiving, Halloween, fall cleaning, charity drives—or the annual IBM Insight conference. At IBM Insight 2015, IBMers from around the world will be showcasing a wide range of IBM analytics products and solutions. As for me, I’ll be involved in the on-site bookstore. Being an avid reader, I jump at any chance to look through shelves of books related to my work. Even better, at Insight, I can meet the authors who worked so hard to share their expertise with readers around the world.

As usual, quite a few of this year’s speakers at Insight are also authors, which is why the on-site bookstore is so important. After you find your interest piqued during a presentation, head over to the bookstore to buy a book allowing you to dig even more deeply into the topic. And, Insight being what it is, you might just get the chance to have your book signed while discussing your ideas with its author.

All books sold at the IBM Insight bookstore will be discounted by 20 percent, so if you enjoy a session, don’t miss your chance to pick up a copy of a presenter’s book—only limited supplies will be available at Insight. And if you want your book signed, then you’ll need to be in the right place at the right time. Here’s the conference signing schedule:
